Objective
To replace an existing proprietary event management system with Siebel's latest web-based eEvents Management system and integrate full-fledged event management functionality with the sales and marketing application. This application was released in 10 different languages across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Solution
Customized and integrated the Siebel eEvents Management Application from ground up to suit the clients needs. Customized the look and feel of the application to suit the Cisco branding specifications. Provided seamless integration with the Siebel Sales and Call Center application.
