Ran multiple data load jobs, identified data quality issues, adding new functionalities, identified workarounds found in the E.piphany product.
The analytics system was successfully integrated with new data sources such that the marketers could do the customer segmentation based on the customer profiles stored in the database, as well as build and execute their campaigns. The data load duration was reduced from 24 hours to just 14 hours — nearly a 60% time savings. Improved the data load frequency from twice a week to once a day.
