Historically, we have provided managed services out of our headquarter facilities in Fremont, California or European center in Shannon, Ireland. We use our Managed Services as a way to manage our bench - and be competitively priced while being able to use a high caliber of people from a mix of our fixed work force and a bench work force. In 2006, we expanded our offshore capability to include Bangalore, India.
